If you listen to the acoustic version of the song, there is no possible way that you could think Scott is saying "Where ya going with the mastiff hound?" It is CLEAR that he says "where ya going with the mask I found?" Now obviously we can all interpret the lyrics in a different way but since everyone is giving their opinion I guess I'll give mine.
